I know you feel scared to contact me but what if, for example  "Do you remember that car wreck you were in last year?  The other driver got a lawyer and they filed papers at the courthouse. You have a legal right to a copy of what they have filed so that you can forward it to your insurance carrier and then they can handle it for you. 

If you would like to check with your attorney first, please go ahead!! It's likely the attorney will tell you to accept the papers or the attorney might contact me and offer to accept service on behalf of you (their client). Please give my information to your attorney (Rule 119 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure) or if you have a registered agent, please provide me with their information ASAP. 

If you're not the person named on the door hanger notification, please let me know so I can remove you from the schedule.
